    Bye!

  2. I dont know if its my computer connection or your video, but when it gets to about the 2 minute mark it stops. Probably on my end. So, unfortunately I didnt get to see the whole thing. Sounds interesting though.

    1. Hi Gail,

Sorry you had a problem. I just tried it and it worked.

Try sliding the lever under the picture that moves as the video progresses. If it gets stuck, just move it manually a little bit and that might help.

  3. Yeah Donna!
This is the answer. Physical hunger can be relearned. With all the conditioning, people have confused physical true hunger with what I call in my practice head hunger 🙂 hunger form the senses and the mind!
Look out diet industry when folks finally get the hang of this (some of us have been trying to get the word out for many many years). There will be no need for the diet of the month any longer!
Glad that you had a brilliant connection to get the word out Morty!
    Be well!
    Aloha, Gina

    1. Hi Gina,

No that people are able to de-condition hunger as the response to all their triggers and desires for rewards, diets will be a thing of the past.

  4. I have done NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Emotional Eating Coaching/Counciling, positive affirmations, Belief changing therapies, finding other things to do with myself besides sugar/eating, read books on emotional eating, listened to cd’s on emotional eating and of course, tried every diet under the sun – and although I have gotten much benefit in many area’s of my life from these – I STILL have an addiction to sugar and cannot seem to stop eating it. Even with my weight ballooning and my health failing. I’ve wasted a lot of money I didn’t have to throw away on programs that people SWEAR is THE answer. How is Your program any different from those above? Do you have a money back guarantee? Thanks for your time and response –

    1. Hi Jenn,

Sorry to hear that so much of what you have tried hasn’t worked for you. I’m sure that’s been very frustrating.

For details on how our program is different, see my eBook: http://emotionaleatingreport.com.

No, we do not have a money back guarantee.

If you have any specific questions after reading the eBook, please call us at 415-884-0552.

      Have a very happyHoliday Season.

  6. Hello Morty.
I am a Weight Loss, Body/Mind Coach. I am helping people to loss weight and mindful eating.
I love your techniques! It is all in the mind! Your reconditioning will help people to switch attention and intention from food to positive activities 🙂 Great job!!!
Congratulations to Donna! It is great accomplishment! Many people accumulate the knowledge but don’t putt it in practice. Donna, you succeed, because you walked the talk!
We have way to go in this country to help others with this challenge and hopefully many mothers will change the”Food Rewarding” for kids 🙂
Thank you for your fabulous work Morty!
    Love & Health!

  7. I appreciated hearing Donna Bauer’s story and am happy for her success.

Morty, I’ve read your e-book, and did the program for getting rid of a belief—-I feel there’s something to what you’re doing, a key I’ve not come across before.

In my situation, I do not think about food, eating, or preparing meals, or dream about food. (Often, like nearly every day, my husband will wander into my office and ask if I’m ever going thing about dinner!) Yet I do identify with 15 of your triggers, and 3 of the rewards, so I’m hopeful your method will be helpful to me. I don’t believe my emotional eating began with “mother-rewarding” as I was thin until I was in my late twenties and finally “freed” from a “being controlled thru fear” by two different individuals (consequentively). In the years I’ve had to struggle with this, I’ve come to the belief that my emotional eating began (trigger) thru abuse. Have you worked with anyone in that situation?

  8. Hi Morty,

Sounds great. I am interested in finding out how Donna has been doing since this aired. It would appear from the first comment on this blog that she did this sometime in 2010. Possibly August of 2010.
So how is she doing? How much weight has she lost and kept off? I am interested in the long term results.

    Best to you all!

  9. Hi Morty,

I work for the NHS here in the UK as a behaviour change facilitator (Basic Job that consists of 1:1 Weight Management, Eat Healthy, Move more etc. Blah blah – No Sh*:t Sherlock!). I’ve always known (from my personal experience) that emotional eating is the biggest cause of this ‘Western World overweight/obesity epidemic’. I’ve researched so many articles and I’ve never once read anything that explains this mental frustration correctly. 99% of my clients are experiencing the negative results of emotional eating, as have I, and still do on occasion. I believe that you’re onto something. I keep re -reading your report so I can understand it the best I can but I’ll be honest, I’m still finding it difficult! But I know deep down you are right!! I’ll keep reading & reading…….

    Many Thanks Morty,

    Mortz.

  10. I’d also love to hear the long term report! And, how is this approach different from hypnosis? Seems like the “changing your mind to change your behavior” idea is similar. Thaks!

    1. Hi Maureen,

If you try the process you will discover it is very different from hypnosis. Yes, if you change your beliefs and conditioning your behavior will change. But you can’t just “want” to change your beliefs. You need processes that are effective in eliminating beliefs and de-conditioning conditionings.

      Love,Morty

  11. Your advice, please. If i only had $200 to spend trying to correct the same behaviors Donna exhibited (eating non-stop, etc.), would you recommend the $200 confidence course, or one reconditioning session with you? I’ll follow your recommendation/

    1. Hi Maureeen,

If I only had $200 I would save the money and do neither. In order to totally stop your emotional eating you have to de-condition ALL the triggers and beliefs that cause the problem. You cannot possibly do that in one session. So the problem would remain after the session.

The Natural Confidence course is very useful for improving the quality of your life, but is not particularly relevant to emotional eating.

      Love, Morty

    1. Hi Chris,

The last time I spoke to her (a couple of months ago) emotional eating was still no longer a problem in her life, after several years.

      Love, Morty

  12. Dear Morty,
is out there a German speaking facilitator to do this process? Or is there a video program or sheet so I can do this process too. I understand English very well but have no practice in speaking. Thanks for your help.
    Love, Nicole

  13. So where is the program information for this? I got the “free report” but it was just an audio MP3 there was no document to read. Isn’t there supposed to be an acutal readable document? I didn’t find the MP3 all that helpful, I just want the Emotional Eating Program information and total cost please. Thank You.
